Jolie Lubar is a performer, content creator, and theatre creative currently pursuing her BFA in Musical Theatre at Rider University. Originally from South Florida and the middle child between two brothers, as well as the only one in her family pursuing theatre, Jolie has always gravitated toward storytelling and carving out her own creative path. Her passion extends both onstage and behind the scenes, with growing interests in producing, creative development, branding, and new work.

Alongside performing, Jolie has built a growing online platform with over 13,000 followers focused on musical theatre, college audition guidance, and honest conversations about navigating the entertainment industry as a young artist. She is also the co-host of Dramatically Speaking, a theatre industry podcast featuring conversations with performers, creatives, and professionals across Broadway and beyond.

In addition to her theatre work, Jolie’s cover songs have accumulated over 200,000 streams on Spotify, further fueling her love for connecting with audiences through music and storytelling. She loves collaborating with creatives and brands alike, and has partnered with a variety of companies through social media and digital storytelling.

As a performer, Jolie is particularly passionate about contemporary musical theatre and developing new work, and she loves being part of projects from the ground up. Her work as both an artist and creator is rooted in connection, curiosity, and making the theatre industry feel more accessible to the next generation of performers.

When she’s not performing or creating content, Jolie can usually be found listening to cast albums, interviewing theatre professionals, watching reality TV, or finding the nearest iced coffee.
